Our Services
Fire Safety Works
- We undertake fire door installation, upgrades and compliance works including fire signage, intumescent seals, closers and basic compartmentation.
- We also carry out remedial works identified in Fire Risk Assessments.
Regulatory Compliance Works
- We support EICR, EPC and Health and Safety compliance by delivering minor works and upgrades to support statutory and insurance obligations.
Planned and Reactive Maintenance
- We offer clear and prompt attendance for non-urgent and reactive tasks, including void clearance, redecoration, WC and kitchen refreshment, and general joinery or flooring works.
Commercial Refit and Subdivision
- We undertake internal reconfiguration of commercial units to support letting or repositioning. This includes subdivision, CAT A preparation, and light refurbishment of tired stock.
Tenant and Void Preparation
- We deliver works to prepare units for letting, including white box finishes, access ramp installation, signage, and last-mile compliance upgrades. Our focus is to facilitate early occupation and reduce void periods.
